Free Education & Training.

At the YMCA Palmerston North, Whanganui and surrounding areas, our students come to us from all different areas, walks of life, schooling and cultural backgrounds. We work with you individually to create a lesson plan that will get you the qualification and the outcome that you are striving to achieve. And if you are a hands-on learner, the YMCA is a great place for you to achieve.

As well as doing classroom-based work, we have opportunities for you to take part in sport, art, culture and even cooking!

We have small classroom sizes so you get a lot more individual attention, and we have a hugely talented and supportive group of tutors who are keen to help you achieve.

Travel allowances are available for all students not already receiving transport.

Navigate above to find the education course for you, or use the buttons below to see which courses are offered in your area.

TRANSPORT: Free transport is available from: Woodville, Dannevirke and Ashhurst.
